1. All permanent cosmetic procedures are a multi-session process. You are required to come back in 4-6 weeks for a second application before it can be determined that your work is complete. Your second application visit will be scheduled at the end of your first visit.  It is imperative to make your second application appointment. If at the end of the 4-6 week initial application, your pigment color fades out and you miss your 2nd application appointment you will have to start all over again with a deposit and full initial price.  Let's avoid that. I care about you and I want to be sure you receive optimal results.

2. Any tweezing or waxing should be done at least 48 hours prior to your procedure: electrolysis no less than 5 days before.  Do not resume any method of hair removal for at least 2 weeks.

​

3. Any eyelash or eyebrow tinting or eyelash curling should be done no sooner than 48 hours before your eyeliner procedure or 2 weeks after your procedure.

​

4. DO NOT wear contact lenses during your eyeliner procedure or within 48 hours following an eyeliner procedure. Remember to bring your glasses.  You may resume wearing your contacts after the healing process is completed. If you do not have your glasses please have someone accompany you and drive you home.  This is for your own safety.

5. VERY IMPORTANT!!! Please refrain from the use of aspirin, aspirin-containing medications, ibuprofen, vitamins or other blood-thinning medications for 2 days before and two days after any semi-permanent makeup procedure.  Do not consume any caffeine (coffee, tea, chai, soda, energy drinks or pre-work out drinks), or alcohol, and Turmeric two days before your procedure.  

No medication should ever be discontinued without first consulting with your physician.

6. If you have begun your menstrual cycle the day of your semi-permanent makeup procedure or just ended please RESCHEDULE your appointment.

7. Please refrain from applying any moisturizer, lotion, or sunscreen to your face one  week prior of your scheduled appointment and for the life of your brows.  NOTE:  any facial products such as lotion, moisturizer, soap, cleansers, toners used one week prior and throughout the life of your procedure will fade out your procedure.

8. Appointments for Elleebana One Shot Lash Lift: Please refrain from using mascara, eyeliner, or makeup before your procedure. You must come to your appointment with a clean face and NO CONTACTS. 

​

9. After Care for Elleebana One Shot Lash Lift: After your lash lift please refrain from getting it wet and avoid  any eye and face makeup for 24 hours and absolutely no oil base eye makeup removers.  It will relax the curl and lessen the longevity of your lift. Your lash lift will last up to 2 months if after care instructions are followed.

  **IF IT IS DISCOVERED ON THE DAY OF YOUR PROCEDURE THAT YOU DIDN'T FOLLOW A PRE-PROCEDURE INSTRUCTION YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE RESCHEDULED AND ANOTHER DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED. **
